This house, built in the early 20th century by the Shawinigan Water & Power Company, is located in one of the first planned industrial city of Canada. In its early vocation, the house was used as the first english high school of Shawinigan. When the new high school was built, the SW&P Co. used it for housing some directors of the company. Later on, it was sold to private interests and, eventually, was transformed in a confortable bed & breakfast.
